Our approach is rooted in flexibility and community benefit. We use a variety of certified, adaptable pyrolysis technologies that are modular and scalable to match different community needs.

This allows us to not only respond quickly to local requirements but also to optimise the conversion of regional waste streams and biomass into high-quality Biochar and energy by-products. We believe in regional circular economies.

Technology

Pyrolysis is a well known scientific process, but only recently have technologies achieved mastery in biomass conversion and Biochar production.

In pyrolysis, the feedstock undergoes a carefully controlled process where it is heated, dried, and then thermally decomposed. This process is made efficient and self-sustaining through the partial combustion of certain volatile components from the feedstock.

As the feedstock progresses through the system, it passes through several stages, ultimately transforming into biochar. This transformation occurs under carefully managed temperatures and oxygen levels to ensure optimum yield and quality of the biochar.
